Coiste Oiliúna Chorcaí is going full steam ahead this weekend with a host of events lined up!

Topping the bill are the U14 football sessions, which will see the cream of the county's footballers displaying their skills at regional venues.

The schedule is as follows:

Imokilly players in Cobh @ 11am

Duhallow players in Newmarket @ 10.30am

Avondhu players in Mallow @ 10.30am

Carrigdoun players in Riverstick @ 10.30am

Muskerry players in Ballincollig @ 2pm

Seandun players in St Finbarrs @ 10am

Carbery players in Clonakilty @ 10.30am

Beara players are being put through their paces on a regular basis with the help of James McCarthy (Castlehaven), on a locally agreed programme of activity.

Furthermore, the elite players at U16 and U17 level will continue with Coaching Officer, Brendan Driscoll,taking a session this Saturday morning at 1pm in Na Piarsaigh indoor hall. This will be the third session for the players, with previous workshops with Cork Minor hurling coach, Frank Flannery and ex-Cork hurling conditioning coach, Mark McManus on Wednesday last.
Any club coaches wishing to view the sessions are more than welcome to attend to get some ideas for their own club sessions.

Foundation Courses are also being held in Erin's Own and Crosshaven over the weekend with over 40 coaches expected to attend between the two venues.
